Last night I got an email from a ‘qualified nutritionist’ from Sydney. They were concerned about my advice of a glucose sufficient diet for people with chronic fatigue and asked me what my ‘formal qualifications are??’. I just sent them this strava data and said not to bother replying unless they could prove they had more stimulant free stamina than me.

Moral of the story. If you have chronic fatigue, ONLY take advice from those who have had that situation and today are living a very high level of natural fitness. When I was in high school I used to catch a bus a mile to school I was too tired to ride my bike. Now I ride to the fucking state border for a ginger beer!

I get at least 20-30 emails/PM’s a day specifically regarding chronic fatigue and adrenal issues. They are so common in this dehydrated, late night focused, undercarbed and caffeine fueled society. In many of my youtube videos and my book CTFU, I talk about my personal journey and what action steps I took to get the stamina I have today.

So if anyone ever tells you my advice is wrong or ‘unqualified’ just tell them to provide you a Strava data file with a out and back ride that is longer than 568km and was done using ZERO stimulants at all. Im still waiting to hear back from my ‘qualified’ buddy.
