Why are people fat despite training every day for years on end? People get lied to by the weight loss industries that claim ‘you can just burn off the junk you eat!’ Well that is partially true but what happens when you can’t train due to sickness, injury, time etc? What happens when you can’t burn off all that grass fed steak, eggs and dairy? The full cream milk? What happens to all that animal body fat people eat when they don’t train like crazy people to burn it all off?
